30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item(s). We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items: Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Personalized or customized items

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep your receipt handy.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the new item promptly.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
